Bluefolds Scottish Highland Holiday Cottages - 3 high quality self catering cottages in remote rural Glenlivet Scotland. Golf courses are at Dufftown and Ballindalloch within 10 miles of the cottages.

Our beautiful holiday cottages are in a tastefully restored farm building with stunning views to the Cairngorm mountains in the Cairngorm National Park. The Glenlivet distillery on the Malt Whisky Trail is across the Glen from our homes. Enjoy historic Scottish castles, idyllic fishing villages or beautiful empty beaches in Grampian. Peace and tranquillity awaits you at Bluefolds, while you enjoy the dramatic panoramic views to the Cairngorm mountains. Relax and unwind in this undiscovered corner of Scotland between Dufftown and Tomintoul.

This remote wilderness area is an ideal for walking or cycling on the waymarked trails on the Glenlivet estate. There are excellent opportunities for golfing, fishing, sking at the Lecht, touring the whisky and castle trails. Pets Welcome.

THE COTTAGES:

Dronach sleeps 2-6; Aberlour sleeps 2-5; Glenlivet sleeps 2-8. They are situated in open farmland about 1 mile from the B9009 Dufftown to Tomintoul Road. The cottages are east of Aviemore, south of Elgin and west of Aberdeen. The holiday cottages are double glazed with modern kitchens, centrally heated and comfortably furnished with CD/tape/radio players, digital satellite TV and coal fired stoves as a feature in the lounges. Linen and towels are included. Cot and high chair available free. Electricity is by £1 coin meter. Barbecue and patio furniture in courtyard.

Ground Floor has an open plan lounge/dining area, a modern kitchen including microwave and washing machine, shower room with toilet and basin. First floor has 2 large bedrooms each with 1 double and 1 single bed.

ABERLOUR COTTAGE (SLEEPS 5):

Ground floor has an open plan lounge/dining area, a modern kitchen including microwave and washing machine, shower room with toilet and basin and 1 twin bed room. First floor has 1 large bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed. Patio door opens into walled courtyard.

GLENLIVET COTTAGE (SLEEPS 8):

All on one level, it has an open plan lounge/dining area, a raised level modern kitchen is up 5 steps and includes a washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer, bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. There are 2 large bedrooms with 1 double and 1 single bed and 1 double room.
