Golfing in Herefordshire - stay at The Old Court Hotel - 4th May 2004

Built around 1570 the Old Court Hotel passed through the hands of various members of the same family for the next 200 years.

Its previous owners have included Thomas Gwillim who was ADC to General Wolfe at the battle of Quebec, and John Graves Simcoe who was the first Governor General of Upper Canada and founder of the City of Toronto.

The buildings have maintained their character and architectural features, the great oak entrance door giving access to the reception area.
