Sundial House is a modern detached house in a quiet village near to the North Norfolk coast. It is an ideal base for exploring the area.

Entrance hall with a downstairs w/c and basin leading off. The comfortable lounge has a TV, radio and a games console. Sliding doors lead to the garden. The dining room seats 6 with garden views. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, fridge-freezer and toaster. A door leads into the garden.

Upstairs - 2 x twin bedrooms, 1 with hand basin. The double bedroom has field views and a TV. The family bathroom has a bath, w.c. and large separate shower.

There is a delightful secluded garden to rear laid to grass and shrubs with paving close to the house and it may be secured by a gate to side of the house . A barbecue and garden furniture are provided. The front of the house has a small garden area and parking for 2/3 cars.

Bed linen & towels are supplied.
Electricity and heating is included in the price.
The owner regrets - No pets and the owner insists no smoking inside house.
A cot and/or highchair may be available to hire.
