Plunketts is a very comfortable farm cottage. It has been recently completely renovated to a high standard and is well furnished and well equiped as shown by its Tourist Board 4 star status. A new conservatory enhances this very sunny and pleasant holiday home only a few minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk coast and its beaches.

The accommodation comprises:
Downstairs

A very comfortable lounge with an open fireplace, TV, video and hi-fi. A second lounge offers a quiet sitting area with a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space if required. The fully fitted kitchen/dining room is very well equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher, double oven cooker, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The sunny dining area seats 6. A recently completed conservatory provides additional dining/sitting space and leads out to the garden.

Upstairs - There are 3 bedrooms. The double, with an en-suite shower room has a built in wardrobe and storage drawers under the bed. The twin room has a walk in wardrobe and the third room has bunk beds. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower . The garden is laid to lawn with shrubs and roses. Garden furniture and a barbeque are provided. There are extensive views over fields. Parking is to the rear of the property.

Bed linen and towels are supplied.
Central heating and hot water is included in the price.
The owner requests that guests do not smoke inside the house.
Sorry no pets accepted.
A cot and/or highchair may be available to hire.
