DYKES MOVES TO NO 1 - 9th Jun 2005
Tim Dykes has moved to the top of the Konica Minolta Order of Merit following his victory at the Aberconwy Trophy. Dykes held off the challenge of Craig Evans to win by 7 strokes.
Cennydd Mills on his return from college in the US finished 7th at the Berkshire Trophy and collects 38 Konica Minolta points.
Nigel Edwards led the Welsh challenge at the Amateur Championship by reached the quarter finals while Ryan Thomas played through to the last 16.
The next Konica Minolta Order of Merit event is the Scottish Open Stroke Play at Royal Aberdeen, 10-12 June 2005
