Arden House is a three star guest house offering a variety of bed & breakfast accommodation in a beautiful Victorian home overlooking Musselburgh golf course and racecourse.
The house has a total of seven guest rooms, several with en suite facilities.

A choice of breakfast is available including cereals, full Scottish breakfast and continental breakfast.

Every effort has been made at Arden House to preserve its original interior features, including period fireplaces and ornate ceilings, so that today's guests can enjoy Victorian elegance in modern comfort.

LOCATION:

Arden House is perfectly situated fifteen minutes from Edinburgh’s city centre, and is served by frequent bus services along Linkfield Road and the High Street. Night buses are also available for those wishing to enjoy the thriving night-life in Edinburgh. Free car parking is available in the streets around the house.

Quick travel by car or taxi from the airport is possible, following the city bypass (A720). Edinburgh is also served by Waverley railway station in the very heart of the city.
