From the large conservatory you can see most of the farm, with Ben Vorlich as backdrop.

Watch the horses playing in the fields. Capture the resident buzzards on camera. Ideal starting point for exploring Perthshire or further afield.

Glen Turret Distillery, Pitlochry Theatre, Edinburgh Festival, Burrell Collection are all within an hour's drive.

The Gleneagles Golf Course is within 2 miles, Carnoustie and St. Andrews only an hour away.
