THE ROOMS:

All the letting rooms are en-suite, attractively decorated and well equipped with both TV and tea or coffee-making facilities.

Leanach Farm was awarded a 4 star rating from Visit Scotland for the outstanding quality of accommodation on the last inspection.

High Teas are available in the conservatory from 4.30pm to 6 pm.
High Tea consists of a main course followed by a selection of home baking with choice of tea or coffee.

Ample parking is available for guests.

THE FARM:

Iain trains Border Collies and we can arrange for you to watch him working these super-intelligent dogs.

The farm boasts Highland Cattle and calves, they are very friendly towards visitors and enjoy having their photographs taken - particularly Kirsty!

There is a horse-riding centre nearby, use of which can be arranged upon request.

Rosanne and Iain also have a one and a half mile stretch of the River Nairn so fishing can also be organised if required.

LOCATION:

Leanach Farm is situated just half a mile from the Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns.

Cawdor Castle and Fort George are just 8 miles away. Inverness - the capital of the Highlands is just five miles away.

Leanach Farm enjoys grand views overlooking the Culloden Viaduct and the Nairn Valley.

The farmhouse is an attractively designed farm house set at the heart of a working mixed farm.
