THE ACCOMMODATION:

In a very peaceful area with wonderful views overlooking the fields to the Kyle of Sutherland and the Rivers Cassley and Oykel, this recently renovated and converted steading comprises three self catering holiday cottages of very high standard. The cottages have a shared garden, courtyard, parking and barbecue area, each has a small patio and garden furniture. The rooms are bright, sunny, very comfortably furnished in a modern tasteful style and well equipped. One cottage is adapted for wheelchair access. Bed linen is provided.

THE LOCATION:

Altassmore is a hamlet right in the heart of the Highlands, ideally placed for touring to either the East or the West coast. There are good facilities for golf with courses at Bonar Bridge, Brora, Golspie and the championship course at Royal Dornoch - all within easy reach. This lovely area is rich in wildlife with many interesting species of birds, mammals and flowers along with opportunities for a wide variety of walks for all abilities, hill-walking and pony trekking. Trout fishing can be arranged, subject to availability.
