Living room

This room enjoys views towards Inverness and Moray Firth and features an open wood fire, digital widesreen television, oak flooring with underfloor heating ( which is present throughout the house) You have ample comfortable seating to enjoy the sunset in front of an open fire with a Highland "dram" in your hand.

Sunlounge

From lunchtime to sunset this room catches the sun. It is the perfect place to relax and listen to music on the Hi-fi or read a book whilst reclining on the cane furniture. There is access to the garden through the patio doors.

Kitchen / Dining room.

This area is open plan with a fully integrated kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and ceramic hob. These appliances are the most energy efficient on the market at this time. The floors are tiled but warm.

Utility / Shower room

In this area there is a washer dryer and a shower room at the back door.

Games Room.

This room has a 6ft. Pool table.

Bedroom 1.

This ground floor bedroom has a double bed with en-suite which has disabled friendly features including a large shower and support rails to meet the STB mobility award grading. A stereo t.v. is included in this room.

Bedroom 2.

This bedroom has a double bed, vanity basin and a stereo t.v. It enjoys a panoramic view from the dormer window

Bedroom 3

This is a small bedroom with a single bed and a fitted wardrobe

Bedroom 4

This twin bedroom has a vanity basin and enjoys spectacular views from the dormer window.

Bathroom Upstairs

This room is fully tiled and has an individual shower, bath and basin.

Other Features

The vestibule boasts a tiled floor shoe rack and coat stand to dry your wet walking shoes and jackets if necessary.

Garden

The garden area has a wild herb meadow area on the bank. There are two areas of lawn and to the rear of the house there are native trees and shrubs.
