Lawers Self Catering offers "The Maltings" a modern bungalow with a garage that is ideal for holiday and business rental, in the small village of Auchtertool. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the accommodation consists of a double and twin bedroom featuring wardrobes with full-length mirrored sliding doors.

The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished with a hide leather suite and pine table and chairs. We can provide a cot, high chair and folding bed for our little visitors. Heating, linen and towels are included in the price. No added extras.

The Maltings has a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. A high standard of cleanliness is assured. The rear garden is completely enclosed for children. It has a large patio with flower tubs, garden furniture, swing ball area and chute.

Our nearest town is Kirkcaldy 4 miles, pop. 50 thousand. Auchtertool is situated between Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy and is 10 miles from the Forth Road Bridge and the Rosyth - Zeebrugge Ferry. Edinburgh, Perth, St Andrews and Dundee are within easy reach, making this an ideal base for touring Central Scotland.

The Kingdom of Fife has a wealth of activities to draw from. There are over 40 golf courses and of these many are within areas approximately 15 minutes drive (Aberdour, Burntisland, Cardenden, Cowdenbeath, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Kinghom, Kirkcaldy, Lochgelly, Lundin Links and Thornton), the seaside, leisure facilities, historical buildings, islands to visit, antique shops, water - sports, cycle tracks, footpaths and many other interests, not forgetting our famous East ' Neuk ' fishing villages.

“The Maltings” provides accommodation for 4 and is open all year and costs from £190 to £330 per week, however discounts are available for longer lets.
