The four designs of log homes being built at The Dorset Resort are as follows:

Sandbanks is a very innovative design that features a cathedral ceiling to the lounge and two very spacious en suite bedrooms equipped with twin beds. A veranda supplies an outdoor room to the already expansive accommodation. Equipped for up to 6 guests with fully fitted kitchen and an en suite shower room to the lounge, which is equipped with two 3'9" sofa beds and further shower room.

Chesil Beach is a spacious two storey, two bedroom home featuring a balcony to the first floor and veranda area to the ground floor. Both bedrooms are en suite with a further shower room for guests making use of the two 3'9" sofa beds in the lounge, together with the internal sauna and untility room, this holiday home must be viewed.

Westbay features three spacious en suite bedrooms with a conveniently located further shower room adjacent to the lounge for guests making use of the two 3'9" sofa beds. As with all lodges, a laundry room is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and golfers will be pleased to see that a purpose built trolley store is part of every lodge design (design pending).

This configuration of lodge accommodates up to 8 guests in great comfort.

Abbotsbury design of home is the largest in the range, featuring three en suite double/ twin bedrooms with a sofa bed in the lounge. A further shower room is conveniently located adjacent to the lounge. This configuration of lodge accommodates up to 8 guests in great comfort. Again balconies and verandas feature which expands the overall living space even further.

Are You Up To The Challenge Of Our 27 Holes?

The Dorset Golf & Country Club hosts 27 holes of the most challenging golf in Dorset and is recognized as one of the golfing gems of the South of England.

The Martin Hawtree designed; Lakeland/Parkland and Woodland courses are built to full USGA specification and are extremely well maintained, presenting excellent playing conditions for all levels of golfers.

The Championship Lakeland/Parkland Course, Par 72, provides a great golfing experience with beautifully sculptured greens, surrounded by cleverly placed bunkers.
The course also boasts some of the most picturesque lakes and waterways you could find on any course.

The Woodland Course, Par 33, offers a contrasting challenge to our main course with tight tree lined fairways, which have been carved through a forest of rhododendrons.

Any combination of the Lakeland, Parkland and Woodland can be combined to create an exciting and different 18 holes each time you play.
