GOLF

Knockranny House Hotel is a superb base for golf in the west and north-west of Ireland.

We will be delighted to contact the courses in order to arrange tee-times and will also of course look after any travel requirements you may have.

The nationally acclaimed links courses at Ballyconneely in Connemara, Carne in Belmullet, Enniscrone and Rosses Point in Co. Sligo are all within 90 minutes drive of the hotel.

For something a little less taxing but no less enjoyable, you could always try the nine-hole links course in Mulranny, a mere 30 minute journey away from the hotel.

Westport boasts its own fine course on rolling parkland under the shadow of Croagh Patrick.

More parkland courses are available at Castlebar and Ballinrobe, both of which are relatively short distances from the hotel.
