Adare Manor Hotel & Golf Resort

Adare Manor Hotel & Golf Resort is a 19th Century estate situated within the picturesque village of Adare.

The Adare Golf Course opened in 1995 and was designed and built by the world famous architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. stretching 7138 yards from championship tees down to 5082 yards (Incorporating 4 tees per hole).

The Golf Course is a majestic design with rock-walled streams, suttle undulating putting surfaces with the Jones signature clover leaf bunkers.

A 14 acre lake dominates the front nine holes while the back nine is routed through wooded land. Adding beauty to all of this, the River Maigue meanders through the course creating a sense of beauty and challenge.

Its testing design coupled with superb putting surfaces, Adare Golf Club is one of the finest golf courses in Ireland.

In 1999 to maintain our 5 star standard our golf superintendent Mr. Joe O' Flaherty designed and implemented a drainage system and top-dressing programme to ensure our facility is available all year round.

The success of this operation has allowed us to provide an extremely high standard of course.

ACCOMMODATION

The Manor House bedrooms are the most exclusive accommodation on the property.

Set in a unique and grand Gothic style Manor house, you feel like you are in the most elegant castle imaginable.

The hallways are made of stone and wood and the ceilings soar high above you, as you wander to your historical bedroom.

The rooms have been elegantly decorated with rich wood furnishings and exquisite fabrics by the renowned high society designer Carlton Varney.

Each room has a luxurious marble bathroom en-suite, cable television, direct dial telephones, twenty-four hour room service and many more five star amenities.

The Manor House has four different categories of rooms, varying in size and price.

The room types include five Dunraven Staterooms, eight Staterooms, thirty four Deluxe rooms and sixteen Standard rooms.

Each of our room types are available with either one king sized bed or two queen sized beds.

The Manor House bedrooms are of the highest standard, although there are differences in each category, you may wish to learn more before you make your reservation.

The Dunraven Staterooms are the most exclusive accommodation at Adare Manor.

These are ornate and spacious gems. We recommend you book early if this is your desired selection.

Adare Manor has hosted Heads of State, celebrities, world-famous athletes and special guests from all walks of life who have enjoyed these sumptuous surroundings.

The fireplaces in the Dunraven Staterooms are works of art in themselves, with handcarved wood and imported tiles and marble from all over the world. Four out of our five Dunraven Staterooms have a majestic four poster bed (without canape).

Each room has a spectacular view, large sitting areas with sofas, chairs and tables for your comfort and privacy.

The Staterooms are the next most exclusive accommodation on property and they share many of the same features the Dunraven Staterooms have, except they are less generously adorned with original architectural artisanship.

They are truly luxurious rooms with spacious and luxurious sitting areas, very large marble bathrooms, high ceilings and elegant furnishings.

The Deluxe Rooms are slightly smaller than the Staterooms and they offer a cosier sitting area, but the accommodation in no way suffers as a result of size.

By the highest of world standards, these Deluxe Rooms are considered quite large and you can truly spoil yourself as you relax in these five star accommodations.

The amentites are nothing short of the highest Adare Manor standard and the marble bathrooms will add to the luxury of your experience.

The Standard Rooms may be the smallest rooms in the Manor House, but they lose nothing in terms of grand style and elegance.

The Standard Rooms are generous in space; although some of the more unique architecturally detailed rooms may be a little bit smaller than the rest.

The bathrooms are all fine marble, the amenties are all of the highest caliber and the furnishings are all exquisite, guaranteeing you a memorable and relaxing stay.

All Manor Rooms are Non-Smoking.

TOWNHOUSES

A new era has been ushered in at Adare Manor as we now offer a variety of fine accommodations on the estate, providing just the right fit for every guest.

The charming 16 two and 7 four bedroom garden townhouses at Adare Manor are a spacious and updated alternative to the stately Manor house.

The Townhouses are located just a three minute walk from the Manor house and they enjoy the same breathtaking setting and all of the same services, facilities and amenities.

The only facility guests may not avail of in our townhouses is room service.

Each Townhouse has it's own private entrance and each bedroom is en-suite, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, a cosy and comfortable living room and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Townhouses are a perfect place to spend a family holiday or to bring a group of golfers.

Longer stays are available in our Townhouses as they make the perfect home away from home for a lovely summer season.
